I only did 12 minutes of the 30ds today because I’m so tired from work. It wasn’t even a very good 12 minutes because I stopped a lot. Meh.


considering the 30 day shred to kick-start fitness. i’ve heard it’s a pita the first week, but i’ve been basically sedentary for months and now i work at a hamburger joint which isn’t helping my couch-potato life.

after 30ds, once i’ve built up some muscle, I think I’m gonna try the insanity work-outs


exercise…ex…er…cise…..ex…ar…..size……eggs…are…sides….for bacon. bacon.
